1. About This Document

This Target Market Determination (TMD) is required under section 994B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). It is designed to assist consumers, distributors, and staff in understanding who this financial product is appropriate for (the target market), and the conditions under which it should be distributed. It is not a Product Disclosure Statement and does not provide a summary of the product features or terms.

2. Class of Consumers That Fall Within the Target Market

This product is intended for consumers who:

  • Have access to their own trading account or broker platform.

This product provides:

  • No execution, trading, or portfolio management services

The product does not:

  • Offer personal advice
  • Execute or facilitate trading on behalf of clients
  • Offer access to derivatives, margin lending, or gearing strategies

4. Consistency with Likely Objectives, Financial Situation, and Needs

The features of this product are likely to be consistent with the likely objectives, financial situation, and needs of the target market because it:

  • Provides general financial information that helps self-directed investors identify relevant equity opportunities
  • Allows consumers to make their own choices regarding investment timing, size, and strategy

5. Consumers Not in the Target Market

This product is not suitable for consumers who:

6. Distribution Conditions and Restrictions

This product should only be distributed under the following conditions:

  • Through LTG GoldRock’s own website or approved channels
  • With access to the current Financial Services Guide (FSG), Privacy Policy, and relevant disclaimers
  • Where consumers are made aware that the product is general advice only

Distributors must:

  • Ensure appropriate disclosures are provided at the point of subscription
  • Prevent sales to consumers who clearly do not meet the target market profile

7. Review Triggers

This TMD will be reviewed if any of the following occur:

  • Material change to the product features or distribution method
  • Identification of a significant dealing outside the target market
  • Regulatory concerns or enforcement action
  • A significant or unexpected volume of complaints or cancellations

8. Review Periods

  • Initial Review Date: 12 months from the effective date
  • Ongoing Review Frequency: Every 12 months thereafter, or sooner if a review trigger occurs

9. Reporting and Record Keeping

Distributors of this product must report to LTG GoldRock:

  • Any complaints relating to the product (monthly, within 10 business days of month-end)
  • Significant dealings inconsistent with the TMD (within 10 business days of identification)

Records of distribution and complaints must be maintained in line with RG 274 requirements.
